COMPANY PAGE COVER

The 1512 × 256 Company Page banner needs its own composition.

A Company Page cover is much shallower than a personal profile cover. The safest approach is fewer words, stronger horizontal grouping and more tolerance around the edges.

Current Page specification

LinkedIn currently recommends 1512 × 256 pixels for a Page cover image and accepts PNG or JPEG. Its help documentation also warns that cover images can be adjusted to fit different screens and recommends keeping key details away from edges, especially the lower-right corner.

Design for the shallow ratio

When vertical space is scarce, stacked copy becomes expensive. Prefer a single strong line, a compact secondary line and one recognizable brand mark. If you need several paragraphs, the cover is the wrong surface.

What works well on a Company Page cover

  • Current product or release positioning.
  • A short hiring message.
  • A conference or event presence.
  • A temporary campaign line.
  • A simple category statement with a logo.

These are useful because the message can be understood quickly without requiring tiny type or edge-to-edge placement.

Use the Company Page preset instead of resizing later

Bannerator's Company Page preset changes the working canvas to 1512 × 256 and carries that format into the device preview and PNG export. If you already created a personal composition, treat the Page version as a re-layout rather than a mechanical resize.

Switch the editor to Company page.

Start at 1512 × 256, then build the composition around that ratio.
