Terms of Use

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Bannerator. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Bannerator provides browser-based tools for designing, previewing, saving, and exporting professional cover images. Features and supported formats may change as the product develops.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of images, text, designs, and project files you provide or create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and publish that content. Bannerator does not claim ownership of your exported banners.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Bannerator to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious content, impersonate others deceptively, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass technical protections or advertising controls.

4. Local processing and saved work

The current editor performs creative processing in your browser. Bannerator does not promise to preserve unsaved work. You are responsible for downloading exported images and saving project files that you want to keep.

5. Third-party platforms

You are responsible for checking the current rules, dimensions, and content policies of any platform where you publish an exported banner. Preview simulations are practical design aids and do not guarantee identical rendering by a third-party application.

6. Independent product

Bannerator is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn or Microsoft. Third-party names referenced descriptively remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features may be added, removed, or offered under different commercial terms. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimers

Bannerator is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, third-party platform compatibility, or the accuracy of preview simulations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of the service, loss of unsaved work, publication decisions, or changes made by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
