This policy explains what Bannerator processes when you use the website, what stays on your device, and how infrastructure and advertising providers may process technical data.

1. Who operates Bannerator

Bannerator is operated by Marko M. Dabović in Serbia. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to marko@marcoderspace.com.

2. Creative content processed locally

The current Bannerator editor processes uploaded images, entered text, HTML/CSS backgrounds, and imported project files locally in your browser. That creative content is not intentionally transmitted to or stored on a Bannerator application server. Downloads and saved project files are generated on your device.

3. Technical and security data

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain network reliability. This data is handled under Cloudflare's applicable privacy terms and retention practices.

4. Advertising and cookies

Bannerator is designed to be supported by advertising and uses Google AdSense integration. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP address, and ad-interaction data to deliver, measure, protect, or personalize advertising, subject to user choices and applicable law.

For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Bannerator will use a Google-certified consent management platform before requesting consent-dependent personalized advertising. The consent interface will provide controls for accepting, rejecting, and revisiting available choices.

Depending on the service and location, technical processing may be necessary to provide and secure the website, based on legitimate operational interests or performance of the requested service. Consent is used where required for advertising cookies, local storage, and personalized advertising.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data handled directly by Bannerator, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Bannerator is a general professional design tool and is not directed to children. Do not use the service to submit personal information about children.
